Spore - Finally, a real option

EA decided to "change" their digital rights management (DRM) for Spore, because they were being outright jerks and people noticed

DRM issues aside, it really is a fun little game. Hubby has played it all the way to the space age. On the other end of the spectrum, Rachel (3) loves to play with the "paramecium" stage - she gets so excited when her critter finds something to eat, and she knows perfectly well how to edit it and add parts.

We played with the creature creator, waiting for the game to arrive. And we would have purchased it already, except for the DRM.

But it's good to know that someone else likes the game. :-)
