New Friends and Old Sadness

Just over a week ago, while attending the birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, I finally was able to meet... raving_liberal !!!!!

I know this sounds rather stalker-y, but we have a few mutual friends, and everyone speaks of her in such a nice way that I have wanted to meet her for a few years.  I read her posts on LJ, and not only agree with most of her opinions,
