curiosity is really spiked about this will turn out, but your health comes first - take care. Eat white rice without any seasoning, plain yoghourts and dry biscuits- then plenty of water with lemon and sugar to keep your strength up.

^^ your list included all the things my stomach like, minus the water. Our water is very hard (full of minerals?) but that's what non alcoholic, gass less beer with lemon juice is for.

There's always bottled uncarbonated mineral water - it's what I drink here as the plumbing in my rented flat leaves a lot to be desired and my stomach's my weak point. Here bottled water is cheap, from the major supermarket chain a 5litre bottle costs 60 cents (of a Euro)
Hardwater is usually full of lime and other calcareous sediment (being a translator gives me all kinds of weird general knowledge - lol)

oh my *hugs* hope you're feeling better soon! you're gonna need your own h/c-athon! I've had food poisoning - once - don't ever want that again - first time in my life I ever projectile vomited! ewww
