tired shaky - off work

this will be brief as v limited energy - shakes still acting up since (because of?) summer school. sleep interrupted. v tired. actually went to doc and got 2 week sick note in attempt to try and give self a break and get over it sooner - hopefully. Dan also achy so hard for him to help out much. not a great combo.

Definitely take a break and get some rest!

That's the big problem with you three being Up There - if you were still in Brum it would have been so easy for me to come over for a few days and pamper you all into recovering.
