Ewan had first Pneumococcal vaccine jab today. Weighed in at 8.86kg or 19lb 8.5oz which puts him just below the 75th centile. Also had him measured - 74cm - which put him in the 99th centile - God but he is long!! He is now commando crawling everywhere - we've had to lower his cot bed and plan on doing safety gates this weekend. His bottom and top

I'm sure he'll be great, whatever you put him in! Looking forward to seeing you all. Ewan will have competition on the cute small front though - my mate Sue's babby is a bit younger, and rather sweet, if a bit of a mummy's boy so far... (just met Daniel for the first time in August he only seems to like Auntie Muriel when she's walking him around on her hip...still, what else are hips for?)

Good luck with the new medication - I'm not sure I want to know what the side effects are if you have to be that careful, but if it works...

treated ourselves to a very preppy outfit from Next - I think this is his first ever full price outfit bought by me - but weddings are a great excuse to show off bub so I think its worth it - altho Dan is horrified as the outfit includes a tank top (which looks great) but Dan thinks is terrible - but then his version of fashion is "if its black and confy it'll do" so I'm not being guided by him :-)
Ewan is pretty sociable and will do "pass the baby" for a little while as long as he can see mum or dad around and the baby handler is being entertaining.
Really looking forward to the wedding - can't believe its just this weekend - hugs
