So, I am always torn with livejournal about whether to use it to chronicle my daily/weekly/monthly/yearly adventures, or to use it for some other means - as an emotional or creative outlet, for instance. Sometimes I feel like my life is fairly exciting, but when I try to put it down on paper/screen it comes out about as interesting as watching

are your thursday nights free? i've been going to the bridge street open mic nights, and met some charming grown ups who play real instruments, bt are very friendly and polite about my abuse of the term "music". let me know if you're available to go with me some time. i have a hunch you'd enjoy it.
