Travels... SGA...
Went to China for a couple days. Had the misfortune of staying at the same hotel of a former? or retired? high-level government official with an entire entourage of security personnel. Ended up tripping over a bunch of soldiers every morning and every night. Even encountered perimeter patrol one night, talk about nerve wrecking.
And welcome to cache internet. LJ got blocked even though I had high speed internet. Very weird. All erotic and slash fanfic sites where fine so all the stories I could read to my little smutty heart's content but no blogs.
And my poor poor Stargate Atlantis is DEAD as a door nail. Officially that is. What am I going to do? I mean they wrecked the show during the last bit by shutting Rodney up anyway but still...
AND What the heck happened to McShep???? WHY the heck is everyone suddenly pairing Sheppard with Mitchell?? Did the flyboys suddenly meet up somewhere on screen in another movie or something? Its reactionary response to Keller isn't it? Blah. I miss my crazy snarky insanity that is McKay.
