first rugby practice today and i feel great. practice it self was easy, but afterwards i was asked if i wanted to go for a 3 mile run. yeah, i said sure. i am really sore. walking up and down stairs is a bit tricky. all in all though i really feel excellent. i don’t know why but when i really push myself all out, afterwards i just feel fantastic.
