I have indulged myself beautifully for the past day and a half. Late Friday afternoon I hit the used bookstore as the library was already closed and indulged myself in romance novels, one collection and a three-book series by Mary Jo Putney, her Silk series. I indulged in TCM movies and comics. Then walked around Santa Barbara pier. Not too bad. Despite posting crankiness *w*

And though I work Mon-Fri I do NOT get off Monday either.

Sounds lovely! There were days in L.A. when I'd drive down into the Basin from the Valley just to drive up PCH from Santa Monica to at least Las Virgines Canyon, sometimes further.

Hope your week is ... adequate? :-)

Almost wish I was going, given how many people I know are going to be there. But alas, I'm not. Sounds like you'll have a great time, though.
