I don't need to tell you this, but here goes(because I know what you really want is sympathy, but I don't think that is what you need!)!!! you are a beautiful smart and sensational being and if you don't get of your butt and find yourself again your being silly... you can do anything you want to, and you have always been my strong and capable older sister and the world bows down at your feet! people love you, and you like it when they love you... and for goodness sakes take time to take care of yourself... have you gone to the gym lately (hint: endorphins), maybe a nice walk! Just spend time with yourself and be kind to yourself. I think your telling yourself bull and that is the problem.... your better than this kathryn...
