The innocence of children is quite possibly one of the most amazing things in the entire world. I spent the evening with a two year old and a four year old, and they can teach you so much if you just pay attention for a minute. The joy they found in trying to "find Tinkerbell" was heartwarming. .... and the selfishness of others amazes me sometimes. i think astounds me is the better word. someone who you've known since freshman year ... who you considered a best friend. i hate surprises like this one.
