I've asked chakotay to make up rotations for shore leave, ensuring all personnel get 36 hours on the planet surface (while maintaining a skeleton crew on board throughout our stay). (Personal Note: I *still* haven't heard from the Commander about who he's planning on going with; I'm the captain, *I* shouldn't be the one to have to ask! After all, he started this whole thing by telling me I needed a break. You'd think he'd at least follow up on my plans...)

You're welcome to join B'Elanna and me for a hike in the Yrolg region. It should be very invigorating.

All in all, the next few days should be a pleasant change from our usual routine.
