...that if you do some anti-cloaking scans and compare the gravitometric patterns around you to what is visible *very very carefully*, you might just find a class M planet closer than that.

If you find it, they will feed you. As long as you don't bring seven_of_nine anywhere near them.

If you do find it it would probably be polite to delete it from your astrometrics database just in case you ever get assimilated.
