I had this brainstorm last night that I should have specific post themes if I'm trying to update more often. Which I am. Things like, photo of the week, weekly update, nostalgia Friday, Drunk thoughts, blah blah. It will probably come to nothing since I'm often too busy going to bed at seven to post. But we'll see

Love it! These kind of crafts are still Jewel's favorite. Michael's (like Hobby Lobby) gets SO much of my business. Jake loves to build things, so we get ready to paint things to build, like bird houses, etc.

We were supposed to get snow here again but so far, only the mountains have em. I'm kind of hoping for ONE snow day, then Mother Nature can have it back =)

heh, there is no unsupervised glue usage in my house!! i think i need some puff balls, and those fluffy feathers are way better than what we got!
Ok, so I need paints for ornaments, fluffy feathers, puff balls, and glitter. and cotton balls. and paper plates. at least one paper plate.

There are these double sided foam sticker things that you can use to stick stuff instead of glue. I have no clue what they are called, but they are just foam circles with adhesive on both sides. Very easy to use for the kiddos!

(I've recently been called to the paper plate side. Don't tell anyone. I'll kick the habit soon.)
