Yesterday, I was hit with an epiphany. Before it came a very rough night on Sunday night, where I got very upset about not being able to do something as simple as watching a movie without a scary amount of pain.
Sara was able to talk me through it, and I was trying once again to figure out what I did to cause this. And she reminded me of this: shit
