this is for Old system S1:
first, go to manage, then customize, then change the style system to old system (S1) [that is, if you haven't already] click change, then click the link below that says, "modify journal"
now go down to where it says overrides. you will see a text box there. just paste and paste the code i have below to the textbox for overrides, make the changes you want, don't forget to erase my comments there, click "save changes" and voila!
