Glad your work is going well because it sounds like there is a lot of other stuff to cause stress in your life. I understand about the parents. I think my parents will be all right. They should have enough money to be able to put them in one of those retirement communities in a worst case scenario. But S is an only child too, and I worry about what will happen with his mom and step-dad. I don't even think about what will happen with his dad. As for his dad's wife (whom I am not allowed to refer to as a step-mother), she better die first because I don't think there is any plan for us to feel any responsibility toward her. The Bible says not to worry about the future, but how does one keep from it?
