I don't really go to Livejournal itself, but I read my friends list through an RSS reader thingy. You ever talk to Matt from Bunnygrunt? He's a gent. I was also a big fan of his bass-playing tenure in the now-defunct Julia Sets, and I've got an LP (i.e. vinyl LP) of his side project the Brown Company, if you'd like me to pass it along. See, this is what I was saying about how the Gargoyle oughta book local bands.

yeah i met him at one of their shows once. kind of made a drunken fool out of myself, ha. because of that, i've now got a pink bunnygrunt shirt that has a bunny with a speech bubble that says "Grunt!" (written by matt at my request) on it.

i keep hearing about julia sets, but i've never heard of that other one. i'd love to hear it sometime if i could borrow it.

oh also, are you going to that rft thing in the loop on sunday? what bands should i see? i am not so up on local stl music.

I completely forgot about that until you reminded me. Geez, way to go St. Louis, scheduling that and the Clayton Art Fair and the Maplewood Art Fair and Bevo Day and the Polish festival, etc. etc. etc. for the same weekend
