I just spent 45 minutes waiting in line to pick up three packages, only to be told that one wasn't there. Why did I receive 3 emails if they aren't all there? I know that it's there because it was mailed 10 days ago. This is absolutely ridiculous. The girls in the mail room spend more time standing around talking than they do looking for packages.

My mom is writing Miami a strongly-worded letter about their new package system. I mean, what if we had medicine or perishable items and we can't get them for a week? It's preposterous!

And they lost my Gryffindor scarf!
