So I've decided that I am not entirely happy with my body at the moment and I'm going to be on a fitness plan until I am. I am just trying to get back to -feel completely confident in a bathing suit- form. I think that I've put on 5-10 pounds over winter. So I'm going to switch to drinking mostly water, with the exception of cranberry juice.

that and exercise. still doing the 5k thing. I alternated running and walking 3 miles yesterday.. I think I ran maybe half of it? Thought I was going to die but yeah. still trying to think of what I can do when I get home.
