+ 5 pounds

So I've decided that I am not entirely happy with my body at the moment and I'm going to be on a fitness plan until I am. I am just trying to get back to -feel completely confident in a bathing suit- form. I think that I've put on 5-10 pounds over winter. So I'm going to switch to drinking mostly water, with the exception of cranberry juice. ( Read more... )

you gained five pounds? that must put you at a whopping 84 lbs....gosh Katie. You are silly, you don't need to diet.

I just don't want to feel hesitant to do things because I'm self conscious about my weight. Plus some of my jeans are sitting tight, I want my clothes to fit at the very least. It not about being skinny its about being healthy. My 122 was a healthy weight for me.

I'm sort of doing the same thing, it's harder for me cause I don't have a high metabolism. I've given up on cute swimsuits a long time ago, haha. But really, healthy is good~ it's easier here at school since fruit/salad/subway and juice are available everywhere. my one thing is I have a bad habit of never drinking water, which I need to do.
that and exercise. still doing the 5k thing. I alternated running and walking 3 miles yesterday.. I think I ran maybe half of it? Thought I was going to die but yeah. still trying to think of what I can do when I get home.
