yeah we'd already done a bit of weights while we were waiting for the treaders, so we just did one machine then warm down. we looked for you on the way out but couldn't see you.

that guy was crazy. it was quite off putting and i kept thinking that i'd have to give an old man cpr. eww

i think preg's husband owns/manages the gym. she seems to think she owns the place. go home and get fat preg!
