It was my birthday, thank you! I have to admit I didn't do anything special - weather, again - but I had birthday time in Florida, so I didn't go cakeless. :)

That movie looks awesome. I have never heard of Bomb Girls before, except maybe in a WWII documentary. Was it also a show or something? I'm off to see if I can locate this film...

Yeah, it was a Canadian show, two seasons, and apparently then also a movie. It was a fun show. People made terrible, terrible decisions, my God. Especially Gladys.

Okay, so I just went to Google News and put in her name and the first hit is a Spanish-language website the name of which translates as "There's a Lesbian in my Soup." Also apparently croquetas are not only delicious ham croquettes but also lesbians. Why I do not know, my lesbian-fu is failing me.
