Good luck...I am doing weight watchers at home to hopefully lose my baby weight. I only have 5 more lbs to go to get back to my "pre-baby weight", but then I want to lose atleast 10lb on top of that....dieting stinks, but it leads to a healthier lifestyle...wish you the best!
I do Curves, too. Been doing it since graduation, really. I've lost 11 pounds since then, so I think it's pretty good.
So good for you! I actually like all the old ladies that I work out with. They always help me out with stupid stuff. From where to go for a doctor's appointment to the quickest way to the airport. That sort of thing. I feel stronger, too...And my arms aren't as big as they used to be...I can start to see muscle! :) So it definitely works over time; keep it up!
