When asked what individual citizens will have to give up for this health care bill, the president paused, fumbled a little, and said the only thing they would have to give up, is paying high dollars for health care.   Uh, hmmm...right.

What else are you giving up? Being on a shorter waiting list? Both seem pretty selfish.

The point is, he wouldn't answer the question. There's, taxes, rationing, end of life care, etc.

And I'm not a fan of this door opening to an eventual entire government take over of health care. They have NEVER been known for containing costs, just increasing them.

I'd agree. The government controlling it isn't much different than huge businesses. Doesn't change that the healthcare system will still be about profit and not about care.
