Another Year Gone

Those who know me, know I'm not really to big on making new years resolutions.  Mainly because I know that the hardly ever stick.  I'd prefer to make a few long term goals ad set a time limit for myself.  Instance one, this time last year I said that my main goal would be to find a job that I was happy with.  3 months later, I achieved that and I  ( Read more... )

27lbs since August? That's awesome! Way to go!

Good luck with your other goals. When you become worried about something, just think about those 27 lbs that are no longer with you!

I feel a lot better. It just scares me, because if I go off it for like a day the scale shows I gain like 5lbs. I try not to go by that, because thats where eatting disorders are born from; its just sucks that because of some stupid genentic disposition I can't eat what I want; even if I jack up my metabolism by eatting a regular amount of GOOD and HEALTHY food.
I eat what I want one day and BOOM up 5 lbs. I'm still attempting to re-lose the weight I gained of Christmas. I wsa up 7 lbs when I got back from my parents and I am back down 5. As long as I stay doing what I am doing I figure all will fall into place and I'll be a goddess by my birthday.

You can gear up your metabolism a lot by eating more, smaller meals. I think there's the suggestion of 5 that's going around now.
