So there's no school today, and my dad took a bunch of pictures downtown, and now I'm going to show you because I'm bored!

my mom saw the loverly piccies and said simply wow. its like charleston floods, only worse. i dont envy you m'dear.

Yeah, but it's better now. The only thing left is a high river and lots of dried mud!

Hey Katie, Cousin of Nenis! Wow, this is pretty intense! Where I live the downtown area often becomes somewhat flooded when it rains a lot, but unfortunately my school is downtown and we never have flood days. But sometimes a little pond can form on my school's campus, which we call "lake SOA."
