It's not freedom of speech if she's using her schools computers to threaten and harass people. She goes searching for random people to fuck with, she fills their journals with bullshit, and when people ask her to stop, she continues, except she posts as anonymous. Apparently Katie has no knowledge of how IP addy's work. I gave her ample warning to stop the crap, she chose not to. The next step is even more unpleasant.
