Coincidentally, the two movies I have watched over the course of yesterday and today have both been set in the 1910s and have involved gigantic flamboyant ladies' hats in significant plot points. I wish I could say that about every movie I watch.

I don't like for Wikipedia to be wrong. I do like learning that apparently Julie Newmar had a hand in the creation of pantyhose as well.

I went to a wedding this afternoon and wore my black hat. Yay hat-wearing occasions!

I wish more Americans wore hats. The Brits really have a thing going there, at least for weddings.
