There was a lot to say so I cut everything down into sections. Read or don't at your discretion.

You are certainly taking some interesting classes! That is frustrating about the children's lit teacher, though. Isn't it great when a professor seems compelled to stick to their genre's canon and never venture outside its bounds? *sarcastic sigh*

But you're right - it's a good excuse to read on your own! :)

wow, day two of 608 and you seem to be getting into some pretty interesting stuff...

if you need help with any of the math stuff, i used to be ok at those things (before i met calculus. good times...) and would be glad to offer my assistance to you guys...

(i think an ogive is just a typical curve/graph that has a specific type of shape, btw...like so: http://mathworld.wolfram.com/Ogive.html)

"And I like that he said he doesn't like to do in-class group exercises. Thank God for small favors."

SMALL GROUP WORK MUST DIE!!

Um, I mean, I was glad to hear him say that too.

Hi, I saw a post of yours in libraries and noticed that you were in Albany. I went to SUNY Albnay and got my MLS from there in 2002, so I just read a bit of your LJ and saw you mentioning various classes, professors, etc. that I remember, so I found it interesting. Would you mind if I added you?
