Work sucked the big one today! The morning started off slow, but as soon as 9am hit, there was a line to the door. I was backed up on drinks and people seemed to be in a pissy mood today. Hi there...

i am a shift and have been with the company for 3 years....all i gotta say is HANG IN THERE....those type of customers you will ususally have to deal with....and i know it is HARD to be smiling and doing the whole JUST SAY YES philosophy....but if it happens and you are stressed....the backroom works wonders....just ask someone to slide with you and go VENT....if its busy upfront no body will hear you freak in the back....i usually come back and am like "FOR FUCKS SAKE CUSTOMERS SUCK...." and i get a laugh from whoever is back there...(make sure u get along with the peeps and your manager doesnt mind swearing...lol)

no prob...you seem like a cool chic...we should chat more often...i am up here in the pacifc west in Canada in British Columbia!! In my city alone we have 8 starbucks and are getting 4 more!! And..at my store it is ALL girls...including myself of course! talk later!!
