"keep your head up." - lol that's ironic because that's what the docs are telling me! i'm not supposed to look down; it's bad for my neck.

i've been having neck problems ever since i worked for the forest service. i finally started physically therapy this semester, but my neck was so bad that we couldn't even do minimal exercises. so i got two injections where my neck meets my head.
