Your mom is pretty much fantastic. And having her walk into my mom's CCU room, her first respiratory therapist after surgery, was really very comforting. And weird. But still comforting.

One of her coworkers asked how I knew her, and I said, "Her son was one of my best friends in high school." Then got sad.

I miss you, man.
