LOL, but I grew up in Idaho, which was at least four years behind the rest of the country in about everything. Face enjoyed much popularity among me and my sisters. :P

My family actually had a Duster at the time Dukes was popular. My brother and I were forever trying to jump into the car through the windows, a la The General Lee.

OMG! How KEWL is that? Sadly such options were not available to us in England in the 1980's. Don't tell me you had the Daisy Duke shorts as well, did you? That would be quite impressive (if not a leetle bit scary).

Oh, no! My very prim mother would have died. However, all the six year-old girls on the school bus would pull up the bottoms of our shirts and then tug them down through the neck, creating the Daisy effect. /embarrassing confession

Can I just tell you that I had a night gown- yes, a night gown!!- when I was five that said, "My Heart Belongs to Bo" with a picture of Bo Duke in the middle? I so love my southern childhood!! :D

It was a very modest flannel nightgown. If only I had a scanner, I'd scan in the picture I have of me wearing it. Priceless!
