I remember how thrilled I was when I saw you were moderating Pensieve with me because I was going to be working with Katinka. That really, really nice person who knew so much about writing and who wrote Interwoven. I mean, you were famous.

My first memories of you were a bit confusing -- "Is she JK? Is she Ashavah? Is she both?" ;) But as I got to know you, I grouped you with Alanna Granger into the "Wiser Than Their Years"/"Why Can't All Teenagers Be Like Them?" club. :)

I reall should have had a better name than JK, but I went by that before I came into HP fandom ... and it was my online name. But then when I had to register for EzBoard, of course there was no "JK" available ... and I wanted a name slightly more interesting than "JK87" or whatever.

I really should have combined the names long ago ...

You know, I am so honoured to be in your "Wiser Than Their Years"/"Why Can't All Teenagers Be Like Them?" club, because I admire you so much.

My first memories of you were on the Mums thread, I think...I thought you had a cool "handle". And then when I checked out your fic, I thought, "Why do I even try to write??!??!? I want to write like HER!!!" :D
