"I remember when we were gambling to win--Everybody else said, 'Better luck next time!'"

While I don't have much of note to share, I felt it was time to share some photos of my various projects. Whether or not the majority of you out there care, the photos are piling up and rather than forget about them completely, I figured I'd dump them all on you now.

First and foremost, I've got some more Pfelt Pfhor images. "MORE Pfelt Pfhors?" I can hear you asking, "But surely they all look the same, just the armor changes. How boring!"

Clearly, you have never played Marathon.

For those of you who have, what do all Pfhor fighters answer to?

Enforcers.

So, naturally, I had to make one. I technically made a S'pht compiler too, but I don't have a picture of it waiting to be shared, so you're spared there. I also made a shock staff and an Pfhor Flamethrower gun to go with the fighter and enforcer respectively, but those too will have to wait for another post.

So I started with the pattern/head. I made it similar to the fighter's head, but a bit longer. Also, the enforcers seem to have some sort of ridge thing, kind of like Klingons or what not, so I made another piece to act as an overlay on the upper part of the head.

The beautiful, naked, detail-less Pfhor enforcer.

The beginnings of the enforcer next to the fighter. Enforcers are a bit taller, which I addressed further on in the process. Also, yes. This is the Marathon 2/Infinity enforcer.

Guess who also has more eyes than the fighter? :X

So at this point I should admit that I'm not being entirely loyal to the game design. There are no red-clad enforcers; in a perfect world, that "dress" would be green or purple. However, the pattern is pretty much exactly what the enforcers wear and it was only available in red, so...

Viola! We're taller than the fighter now.

The addition of the armor plating leaves just the cape and...

...A completed and sideways enforcer!

Just a quick shot of the back of the cape, lest you think I forgot those details too.

So yeah, I completed my Marathon stuff (for now) a little while ago but figured I'd go ahead and share those before sharing what I completed today. And what's that?

You tell me. Go on, that's your hint.

Nothing? Fine.

So today I was perusing books at a local booksellers with a friend of mine who discovered a book of cutesy zombies/monsters and what not. I didn't really feel like buying said book, especially when I felt I could recreate said monsters without such silly things as "directions". I admit my version of their vampire turned out less cutesy than the pattern probably would have dictated, but I'm still proud of my work.

Shine on, Crochet Vampire.

Suffice to say, if any of y'all want a cutesy Halloween themed crochet being (you can request whatever and I'll see if I can't come up with how to make it), let me know and I'll whip one up and get it to you before the holiday. Otherwise, it's back to working on a new blanket.

...so much work left to do. :(

And that's really about it for now.
