So I've been working on writing lately. Hebei and I have a bit of a writing competition going on that I'm intent to win, so hopefully I'll be able to do so. I'd like to point out that I'm much further along with my novel than she is, and as proof, I'm sharing the first chapter with all you LJ peeps! Tell me what you think, give me feedback, ETC.

It's good writing but...I dunno, as my competition I don't think I should encourage you to continue, at least not until I'm beating you...

I already got two other votes to continue, so even your "nay" can't stop me, hebei. It seems Jack Barleycorn of Appaloosa Plains will continue at a later date (though I'm still tempted to get me some Lunar Lakes anyhow).

I vote that you continue. As JUDGE OF THIS COMPETITION (I naturally assume) there will be some kind of TERRIBLE PENALTY for not writing more.
