We--the family and I--went to the casino the other day to have lunch. Everybody had like Wampum points and coupon thingies and such, so we decided to spend them. I go walking every day with my Aunt Tina who had the surgery about a year ago.
Plus (I'm mildly embarassed by this though I'm not sure why), I have a couple of those old Sweatin' To The Oldies tapes. You know the Richard Simmons ones? I work out to those a few days a week.

And don't worry. I am completely unoffend by anything you said. It's nice to have someone to "talk" to who actually understands what it's like.

I'm sorry that nothing's worked for you. Did you write a while back about having PCOS? I know that makes it easy to gain weight and hard to lose it. Good luck in whatever road you wind up taking- I'm sure it's not an easy one either way.
Just so you know, you can always talk to me about anything regarding size, weight, body image, etc.
