i have no respect for people who order PBR in restaurants.

all alone at the apartment and i'm lonely, lonely, lonely.
even the roar of the cubs game on the television isn't making it any better.
i suppose the only easy way out right now is falling asleep and maybe a day at the beach tomorrow.

i'm absolutely on the verge of tears. all i want is for this scorching heat wave to pass. it's too hot to convince myself to take the L downtown so as a result i'm trapped in my hotbox apartment. the box fans help a little when i'm sitting or lying down, but any more movement and i'm sweating. i can't take chicago like this. plus i miss jonah ( Read more... )

the heat here in chicago can put you into an absolute stupor. i'm loathing it. i cannot understand why people put up with buildings sans a/c. it's absolutely ludacris. while riding the L i catch myself counting window units and searching for big a/c units behind homes and fantasizing about how cool a business' building must be. heat is dominating ( Read more... )
