  So,  a number of days ago I got my computer back from being fixed. This is a good thing *nods head*. Anyway, I went about installing all of my games back onto it, when I came to sims 2. I managed to install Sims 2 onto it, but when I tried to install Uni it installed it then immediately uninstalled it.

Darn. My best advice is ask over on MTS. I play sims on Windows 7 with 'no' trouble.
(That is the only trouble I have is with my antivirus. If I don't turn off or VBT will happen to my baby sims.:/ ) But Windows 7 itself is okay with the game.

Thanks Jo. When I first got Windows 7 my dad asked a workmate to do something or other to get the game to run on the machine, so my dad's gonna see if he can do it again

I'll give MTS a go. *fingers crossed*

*BIG HUGs back* I miss muh simmies!! At least I have other games such as Simcity 3000, Simcity 4 to keep me sorta sane til I can play again.

I'll second asking over at MTS. I had a similar problem with installing earlier this year, and followed their instructions and it did eventually work. (Had to edit registrations with regedit in the end.)
