You need to package them to file in body shop. Once they are packaged on your desktop you can upload to a site like boxnet. I find saving things to the desktop makes them easy to find for uploading. Once uploaded there is a small share button, click that open and copy the link given. You can then copy and paste that an LJ post with an in game picture of your sim. If the sim was made in CAS or was born in game you will need to extract them first with simPE, clone them and delete the original. Make sure to use their name when you save them, not leave the string of numbers it generates. Hope that helps.
