Ginger! Ginger tablets, ginger ale, ginger cookies, candied ginger munch munch munch. nausea free. Worth a try anyway. Works better than gravol (fact) and no side effects. If you don't like ginger, you aren't really human so nothing I know will be of use to you.
Well, this are good thought. What in your books is thr MOST effective giner thingie? That'll deal with the inner pukeys.. any good calming remedies come to mind? The terror is really..... craptastic.
I found that the candied ginger worked super well for me when I lived in Toronto and was doing the constant school stress thing. The actual root with just a little sugar on top to make it not as harsh, you can eat it like...well..candy! These you can get from bulk food stores
