Yes, John Cusack AND his sister, Joan Cusack were both in Sixteen Candles! I do love that movie.

Ferris Bueller is probably a better comedy overall, but Sixteen Candles just has a special place in my heart.

The Breakfast Club is my favorite though.

David Healy was in Roseanne, or looks like that kid from Roseanne that played David. He is a cutie. And Rupert and Anthony. Great choices.

Yes, David Healy was Mark's brother (who married Becky) on the sitcom Roseanne. He also married Darlene.

I do love Roseanne!

I'm glad you approve of my choices!

WHAT?! HOW DID I MISS THE MARRIAGE OF DAVID AND DARLENE?! I got so utterly tormented over their breakup and him confronting her at that coffee shop when she was with the douchebag that I just couldn't watch the show anymore. Their relationship was the whole reason I watched the show. I lived for David's quirky comments and awkward gestures.

Aww poor Lucas! He was way better for Josie than Daniel Clark's character if you ask me! See I had to look up on imdb to find his name (Vaughn) totally not memorable like Lucas!

I actually almost included the youtube of sheldon schlepper singing, because that song makes me ridiculously happy, so I guess I do have enough material, because I can be quite verbose about Josh!

I'm glad you liked the list though!

Aw, this was just one big bundle of cute nerdy/geeky boy love. I too enjoy Michael Cera, and of course Rupert Grint. (Seriously, how could you NOT love Ron? Shipping aside, he's a great character.)

Your uncle is an actor? Did not know this! Tell me more!

Yep. My uncle is an actor. Martin Donovan. He's been in a bunch of stuff, but "Saved" is probably the one you have the best chance of seeing. I love that one.

He was in Portrait of a Lady way back with Nicole Kidman, and my dad went to the Venice premiere and he got to shake Tom Cruise's hand.

Gah! That is so cool!

I LOVE Saved! Pastor Skip, right? I loved his scene with Patrick Fugit on the couch talking about his mom being a missionary. He was so funny! That is so, so cool! I love that icon, too! :)

I love Josh Nichols!!! I agree with your reasons for exclusion.

I'm so glad you included Lloyd Dobbler. I watched "Say Anything" again last night. It never gets old. She gave me a pen. I gave her my heart, she gave me a pen.

Wait, do you consider Michael Cera and Anthony Michael Hall as redheads? *confused* Rupe is the only redhead I see on your list.

No, Michael Cera is not a redhead, and Anthony Michael Hall isn't really anymore, as it's much darker, but he definitely was back then.

There are only 2 redheads on my list, but I was counting both his Farmer Ted and Brian Johnson characters.

David and Darlene totally get married, as Darlene is pregnant, and Dan has a heart attack at their wedding. I don't watch most of the stuff after they win the lottery, but I did watch that arc.
