Six out of seven family members have now succumbed to the current plague infecting our home. It starts with a vague unwell feeling, followed by a sudden high fever and exhaustion. Within 24 hours the sore throat and cough from hell begin. These are accompanied by congestion, headache, weakness, body aches, dizziness and lack of appetite. The

Ugh! Us too. I took 2 days off with it. Someone else in the office kept coming in even when it was obvious she was sick :( I'm just down to a tight chest, but of course now ODB is falling over. He even had the shot, so goes to show you that you never know if the vaccine you are getting is for the strain you are fighting off. I still have to take him in to the doc though, since he won't be excused from school without a note. Take something like Mucinex to break that mucus up! It helps, I promise.

Three teenage daughters! Your home will not be boring (or quiet) for the next handful of years! Oh, the dresses, hairstyles, and drama! It was so much fun (except for that 14th year of rebellion!).

I'm hoping spring will eliminate all the viruses that are circulating.
