There is no internet at my new apartment. It is driving me insane that I have no way of communicating with the outside world while I'm there. (telephones don't count. they are scary ( Read more... )

Uh...im not sure but I was always under the impression that midnight mass on Christmas eve is so that you can go to church until midnight then head home and open your Christmas presents at like 12:01am when its technically Christmas day. Thats how my Dad's family does it.

Well... it still doesn't make sense to me why you'd call it midnight mass if you're home by midnight. Maybe you could call it... um... "Home by midnight Mass". Yeah! Then it would be crystal clear. :-p *shrug* I shouldn't have criticized it, I'm sorry. Did you get to go? What are you doing for new years? Meow.

Nah, I didnt stay up late enough to go to midnight mass (seeing as im old and all :P) But christmas was lots of fun. I havent planed anything for new years so not sure at this point. Any idea what your doing for new years?

Unfortunately I work New Years Eve (seems I'm always working on the interesting/fun days). Matt's parents are having a party though, so I'll probably stop by there after I get off work. *sigh* There goes the break.

oh, Christmas wasn't the same without shenanigans with you. I too will be bored to death. on the first i start the new apartment move in countdown. We should hang out.
