I have been planning a Katrina Relief concert for about a week now and the community has been great. They have offered to donate everything I've needed until now. Now I need a venue. Today I went to the Health and Human Services(hhssc) Commission of Texas and got my food stamp card. Cards are being issued to evacuees of Katrina, and all you need to do is fill out a form with info on your salary, expenses, and social security #.
