Today I think I did really well. I jogged in place for 15 minutes and did some step aerobics and other aerobics...so exercise was good. Food was good too- I made good choices and I am happy with that

and all the food you ate looks yummy...except that i don't like a lot of that food. but it looks like that you made good choices! :-)
Right now I'm trying to get off soda/caffeine. I've only had Sprite(instead of Mountain Dew) for the last couple days. And I've been drinking water w/ crystal light packets. So I'm getting there!
Wedding soup is pretty good, I like it. It has sausage, couscous, and spinach in it....I really like it, but my hubby hates it- he says it is an acquired taste! Awesome job for trying to get off the soda- I have cut way down- but I really enjoy it- and will have it once in a while--- so I am happy with that- but you are doing AWESOME! Just do not deprive too much honey!
Thank you so much! I lost 6 lbs this week! I was HAPPY! I exercised 5 days this week and I ate well- it worked! Also, I am happy you were happy with this weeks weigh in- we are getting healthy! ::HUGS::
