I am feeling....

sleepy- so this will be short...however, i am feeling not as sore as yesterday so i am happy.  yesterday i was so sore for working out tis past week i thought i was going to be sick to my stomach most of the night!

accountability:

breakfast: two pieces of white toast with cream cheese and jelly

i exercised on...thursday. planned to exercise on friday but i pulled a muscle in my neck and my boyfriend advised that i not exercise. saturday i wake up and my body aches and is sore and basiclly stayed like that the whole day. it's still sore and my neck still hurts(it's early sunday morning). hopeing that it'll get better and i'll be able to exercise today.

i didn't well today either.

I think it is a good idea to let your body rest!!!! Treat it well!
I hope your soreness is completely gone- mine is!! Just in time to exercise tommorow- hopefully I am less sore this week!
