Rib

10days ago, I have slipped on the wet floor, fallen and hit my left hand and chest. Embarrassing, and a bit painful. The pain and bruise on the hand has gone within a few days, though the slight but unpleasant pain on my left chest has continued. So yesterday I went to the orthopedic clinic, the doctor found one of my rib was broken

Oh dear! What an accident you had! Really you were lucky. I have never experienced this but I did hear about the pain. Please, be careful, give the rib enough time to heal. You are very brave!

Thank you dear! It isn’t so bad, I feel just a slight pain. Thus I have to try to remember I have a broken rib, not act as usual XD

I broke a rib when I fell off a bicycle a few years ago, so I know how painful it can be. They used to strap ribs, but now they just let them heal on their own. I hope you're feeling better soon. I did have to take painkillers for about a week.

They gave me the poultice and painkiller, though I just use the first one.
