mojitos: bruise or crush mint leaves with a mortar and pestle (or some semblance), add lime juice (or lemon, whatever your preference), raw or turbinado sugar, light rum and club soda. voila! mmmmm. think i'll go make one.
Also, best if served chilled. Some put ice in the mix, but I like mine in a carafe placed in a large bowl surrounded by ice… mmmm, that does sound good!
