So I've spent a good week trying to find an airline to fly Kore back to the states. Virtually all the American airlines say they would fly her domestic in either Japan or the US, but not international. What the hell is the bloody difference?! I *hope* that you are able to bring her home with you. I've been looking forward to seeing her.

If you wind up doing the drive down thing, and discover that you are running out of energy before you get home, you can stay with us for the time needed to recover. I think that we are a couple of hours before you would make it home, and you might *really* need the sleep.

Hmm ... could you talk to the pet shop where you got her and ask whether they have any facilities for shipping her to the USA? If not -- check with a local zoo to see whether they could handle it for you.

Of course -- you *could* get your place to rent a jet for you and skip the commercial flight game entirely. :-) (It might even not cost much more than their non-discount ticket.)

Hmm ... perhaps a diplomat traveling to the US could carry her? Check with the US embassy.
